erm does an alloy tax disc holder count?

If you like for a laugh! I don't have an alloy tax disc holder, are they difficult to install?;)

Quite... MadDan (He may not be Dan, but hes mad) installed it onto the windscreen, attaching it with 3inch bolts, and has cut a circle section out of the windscreen, so you can get at the disc.
