Lowering ????????????

I'm seriously tempted to lower my for2 but before I do I was wondering who has lowered theirs?? with what?? by how much?? where's best to go??

35-40mm is standard you can get them for under a hundred, but you need to by a zen mp3 player first though...

25mm is eibachs, for under a ton.

40mm is greenlines from sw exclusive which are 140
