A fella from the forums over at Practical Performance Car (http://www.ppcmag.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1049) has organised a track day at Teesside Autodrome (http://www.teessideautodrome.co.uk/index.php).

Its going to be an open pit lane event held on the 28th March from 9.00am untill 5.00pm priced at 100 pounds for the day.
There is a briefing first thing with a free instructor to help out with any questions about the track and driving, hints and tips etc. available all day as well as a cafeteria in the paddock for refreshments.

The track can be seen at the website link above and favours smaller nimble cars so any Smarts on the track should have an advantage over anything a bit bigger that might be brought along, say a Cosworth or Volvo :p

Marshall on track, ambulance and liability insurance is included in the price so should be a safe fun run!

If you are interested you could either PM me and I will pass on more details or register on the PPC forum and contact Mankee directly.

Hope some people would be able to make it, would be great to have a chance to race against a couple of smarts!! :D
