    Poll - 450 600cc Petrol Engine Rebuild

    Have you had a rebuild on your 600cc petrol 450 fortwo? It would be good to get a good idea of how the fortwo is performing

    Brilliant idea

    At the moment 11 owners (600cc) have voted and 6 of these have needed rebuilds. The next time a newbie asks "Are they reliable?" here's the answer.

    I love Smart cars (On my 5th and not needed a rebuild yet) but let's be realistic and not fall back on the specious "Any engine can fail" argument.

    However....at 40k miles without an engine failure, I'm clearly not ragging it enough
