It's a B service. I'm booked in through PrestigeCarServicing.com - I found the Smart main dealer to be unreliable and experienced poor workmanship and service. I had to have the rear windscreen replaced twice because they did such a poor job. I was not totally happy then but could not face yet another experience. They were also extremely expensive.

smart dealers do unfortunately get a bad reputation for being pricey and not that good which is why the independents tend to do quite well, so if possible I'd look into one of them in future.

If possible ask about the spark plugs as Stacey (Mr Poo) said. They have 2 spark plugs per cylinder (so 6 total) rather than the normal 1 (3 total). The lower 3 require the rear panels to be removed first and are sometimes missed by garages that haven't worked on smarts much before. If left in and they deteriorate, it can lead to your engine being rebuilt.

I edited it. I'd originally put "2 per cylinder rather then the normal 3"
Ahhh I see what I did now. Looking back I thought I'd got it wrong but can remember what I did wrong now. I meant the 3 total but didn't put the word "total". It's edited now though so it should make sense.

Just had a look and Puresmart are 190 plus they do the clutch adjustments for 30 which is still under that price. They also should be able to grease the actuator for you too.
