Here are some pics as promised

The difference in the handling is sublime. I also eat my words on the wider wheels low speed steering front!

Looking good mark. Those front tyre seem abit of a tight fit under those arches, any rubbing? How's the ride on rough roads, not too choppy I trust. Reminds me I need to figure out how to put on my pics up. Will be an interesting comparison.

Well there is some slight rubbing on VERY uneven surfaces. Should be better when I get an undertray and make a permenant cure. Sam from ForSmart tells me they had a problem on the Brabus 450's when they first came out. You fit some bolts to the undertray to push out the bottom of the front panel apparently!

Like I say the ride is great and the cornering is something else.

Regarding putting up pics, I use photobucket then you pic the shot you want and it gives you the URL tag you need to put the shot up. With a bit of trial and error you can do it mate.

    Cheers Mark

What is the difference between Bilstein and Spax systems ? I see a huge price difference - Bilstein's cost 670€ where Spax's go for 670. I have 15's 175/195 now but plan to go for 16 front 195 17' rear 225 with widestar arches this season. Also what is the difference between a coilover and suspension kit ? I thought it's the same but apparently some shops have different categories for that : http://www.dcperformance.co.uk/perfo...rt/fortwo.html

Retail for the SPAX is 850. I have them on my cars and I much prefer them. One guy I bought had the bilsteins on and within the week I had to take them off. They were crap

Thanks Ian. How is the one you've custom built with Spax different to the oem one ?

Not sure I understand the question.
The SPAX ones are adjustable damping and ride height.
the oem are built down to a price and not adjustable at all
