extremely bad experience with smart part direct

Hi i would like to let everyone know my experience with smart parts direct. I cancelled my order with them due to them lying about the having the part in stock. They still havent gave me my money back and thats been over 2 months I have recieved a torrid of abuse in emails. When i try to contact them they pretend they havent recieved my emails. IT turns out that going directly to your local smart dealer is just as cheap. I want to warn people off of using these cowboys

If you ordered off the internet, you have a 7 day cooling off period by law (Distance Selling 2000), which you can cancel and receive a full refund.

always pay with credit card or paypal when buying on the internet......let them deal with the crap then

(or just tell SPD that you will be handing the issue over to your bank for them to chase for the money - may scare him if he thinks mastercard will come knocking)

dennis from SPD is very arrogant,and I would never use his services especially how he quotes his bad customer experineces on his webiste,very unproffessional
