Smart car Edinburgh, please help.

HI everyone,

I have a smart for two 84bhp. I am trying to find a good mechanic in Edinburgh. I would like to avoid using Mercedes as they are really expensive.

I recently changed the back tires, now the car loses grip and the traction control activates, I think they may have affected the tracking.

I am desperate to find a good mechanic who has knowledge about smart cars.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me.

1st of all changing rear tyres ain't gonna affect the tracking ! - no way , not never lol

2nd , are the tyres the same size as the old ones?

3rd you've got to expect new tyres not to be that grippy in the first few tens of miles as they scrub off any release agent from manufacture.

4th try disconnecting the battery if the tyres are pretty much the same size as the originals. if may be the shock of going from bald to new that's affecting the ESP
