    Question brabus 16" wheels 44?

Hi all hoping to source 16" rims in the same set up offset as the factory's 17" staggered configuration:

    4x114.3.

    17x7 [48 offset] 205.40.17" tyres. Overall diameter: 596mm
    17x8 [48 offset] 225.35.17" tyres. Overall diameter: 589mm

    Wanting: 4x114.3. 16" 48 [offset]

    16x7" 215 45 16" tyres? Overall diameter: 600mm (205 45 16" = 591mm)
    16x8" 225 40 16" tyres? Overall diameter: 586mm

I appreciate that these are specific staggered wheels requiring the matching offset, etc. which usual UK wheel dealers may not stock? Maybe,
an import from Japan, or a local UK wheel company that does custom orders to match? Might anyone be able to advise a company? Also,
any feedback on 16" wheels ride? Oh, will 15" wheels cover the brake disks, out of interest mostly. Thank you!

    4 x 114.3 is for a 454 forfour not a fortwo 450 as in your profile pic?

They didn't make Brabus 454 rims in a 16" & no other MB/smart has 114.3 pcd so you won't find genuine rims.

Thanks for the reply, yes, for 44 per tittle. Found this: http://www.japshop.co.uk/acatalog/16...ur-wheels.html

    Rim Size: 16" PCD: 4 x 114.3

    Size Width: 7.0"

    Offset: 42mm v 48mm Offset IE: 6mm difference?

Staggered set ups are difficult and even more so when you want to go for the correct offset as the forfour is a rare beast.

In my eyes, the wheels can come out a bit anyway (look at google for websites that compare offsets and widths) as there is a lot of scope for wider set ups.

Also don't dismiss non staggered and some decent rear spacers (hub centric eibach aren't too expensive)

I have a madly crazy set up with big offsets and v wide weeks so anything is possible without too much effort.

    17 x 8.25" front
    17 x 9.75" rear
