    Broke it

My trusted Karcher dirtblaster. Drove over it with my Smart.

Bugger the pressure washer is the Smart ok?

Assuming you can't get the broken bit out and reassemble a bit shorter then just drill it out tap it, thread the broken bit and screw in with lots of JB weld.

I have looked through hole in broken nozzle and material depth is no more than 4 mm so no way to get sufficient hold and seal. How about gluing using mix of flour and water? Need to sleep on this one or have a few drams to get my brain windings spinning.

The annoying thing is they charge 60 for shipping. That outlet must hate Highlanders.

@ Problemchild. My Karcher is yellow but about 20 years old. They were all yellow then. Pressure is 150 bar and high water flow. My neighbour borrowed my machine last year and blew his domestic dirt blaster to smitherings last year. Was only rated at 120 bar.

still - whats the model number?

if you don't think a new 140bar lance will take it, i'm not sure some gaffa tape and some gorilla glue is gonna cope
