    Chargecooler tank cap missing

Anyone knows if it's possible to get the chargecooler tank cap from the dealer (and by any chance has the part number) ? I took mine for a repaint and the paint shop lost the cap.

I have never seen a cap on charge cooler. What model Smart do you have? Petrol or diesel?

Do you mean cap on coolant expansion bottle?
    Drives a Smart Cdi - 65 to 85 MPG

At a guess TK, it will be a Brabus with the air-to-water charge cooler.
Maybe the same cap as a regular coolant cap?

Yeah, I meant the tank. I have the water-air charge cooler retrofitted.

Looks like a standard radiator cap. So long as it isn't rated at a different pressure from normal radiator caps a replacement should be easy enough. Try a dealer first though - it might be available on its own for a few quid and it would be the correct pressure rating.

If anyone's interested, the part number is Q0018789V0010 . You can get it for around 40€ from Smart.
